Make sure to avoid BS this cycle by voting for Judge Susan Crawford! Check your voter registration and all items on your ballot here. Then make a plan and vote by April 1st to elect a qualified candidate we can all remember. That's a bit of a joke, because some people are struggling to remember who that BS candidate is and why people should– and shouldn't– vote for him.

Today, the administration claims "State Secrets Privilege" in response to Judge Boasberg's order for answers to his questions regarding the administration's insubordination last week. This case, of mass deportation of Venezuelan migrants alleged gang members, draws mass ire from federal judges. Judge Patricia Millet went so far as to say that "Nazis got better treatment" in deportations from the USA.
